FAQ

Is this a conservative, right wing, or anti-SJW website?

Absolutely not. Flustered Neutral refuses to align with either "side" of the social or political spectrum.

That being said, there is no doubting the recent attacks on modern conservative views in popular media. Flustered Neutral, while remaining neutral, seeks to eliminate any bias against these views, as they are valid and those who hold them have the right to do so so long as they are not openly enforcing them on anyone else. Expression and forced acceptance are different things.

Conservative views as well as liberal views are openly supported here. Our belief is that everyone has the right to an opinion, and that every opinion is debatable and open to discussion.

Can I say absolutely anything on this social platform?

We hate to answer this as both yes and no, but we have to. For a list of what is absolutely not acceptable on this site, please see the guidelines.

Basically, it's pretty simple. Don't encourage or promote illegal activity, and don't needlessly harass other users.

Other than this, you are free to discuss any and all things. Free speech reigns free, away from political moderation, hypocrisy, and unfair blanket terms and standards.

In other words, no "be nice" policy that can be applied to anything you say that may offend others. Nobody can come to moderation and ask to have you banned because you supported a Republican figure or shared an article on Wage Gap Myths.

Isn't it hypocritical to have guidelines on a free speech site?

If you'll notice, our guidelines are very open and blatant. We do this because we have seen the hypocrisy in other sites, in which you could get banned or slapped on the wrist and have absolutely no idea what for since the guidelines are not very specific, or use such vague terms that they could literally apply to anything you say.

We have tried keeping it brief to ensure the safety of the rest of our users and the site as a whole, as well as never having anyone slapped with a moderation ban and having no idea what for.

In other words, if you do get banned entirely, it will never be for something meaningless or a misunderstanding. We will contact you personally, let you know about the incident, and discuss what to do from there on.
